MAVSERO ("we", "us") provides AI receptionist and booking automation software to local service businesses. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through our website and through the booking systems we operate on behalf of our clients.
2. What we collect
Depending on how you interact with us or one of our clients' booking systems, we may collect:
- Name, phone number, email address
- Business name and business type (if you contact us directly)
- Booking details (service requested, preferred time, address if provided)
- Call audio and transcripts, when a booking or inquiry is made by phone through our AI voice agent
- Messages sent through chat or contact forms
3. Why we collect it
- To respond to inquiries and book appointments
- To send booking confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups
- To improve and quality-check our AI voice and chat systems
- To provide our clients with reports on bookings and missed-call recovery
4. How long we keep it
We retain personal data for as long as our client relationship with the relevant business is active. When a client business stops using MAVSERO, their associated customer data is deleted from our systems within 30 days of offboarding, except where we are required to retain it longer by law.
5. Who we share it with
We use the following processors to operate our service:
- Supabase (database hosting)
- Vapi (AI voice processing)
- Botpress (AI chat processing)
- Google (Calendar and Gmail, for scheduling and email notifications)
We do not sell personal data to third parties.
6. Your rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

7. AI disclosure
Some interactions with businesses using MAVSERO are handled by an AI voice or chat assistant rather than a human. Calls may be recorded and transcribed for quality assurance and to power the AI system.
